Breakers By the Sea

Nothing fancy but our room was spotless and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We talked with other guests and they all agreed. Was my first experience at Hampton Beach and they did their job at making it a good one.

On a whim last weekend, I decided to head to Hampton Beach, due to the wonderful weather. I did a search on Google and found Breakers By the Sea. I enjoy the beach without a lot of people, meaning away from the boardwalk. Breakers By the Sea was perfect!! When I arrived earlier than check in time, I was still able to park my car there. The staff are extremely helpful. Each and every one of them!! My room was available earlier than check in time, they let me into my room so I could get settled in. I love the fact that the rooms had a full kitchen with a stove//oven and refrigerator. I wouldn't call it a room, it was more like a studio apartment!!! With a bonus of 2nd floor view on the deck. Very clean property. Just put your clothes in the dresser, get your bathing suit on, crossed the street and there I was in the sand on the beautiful beach! Love Hampton Beach I had only reserved for one day. I loved it so much that I stayed another day. There were no problems with my request. I was on the beach from the morning into the night. Surfers to watch there before sundown... I even placed a food delivery order from Walmart! No going out to eat. That's my preference. I was able to cook my dinner( fish with veggies and pasta) as well as dessert(chocolate pudding with fresh blueberries). Even after those two days, I still didn't want to leave! That's how much I love being there. Since the weekend weather was again perfect for the beach, I made another reservation and heading back to my extremely wonderful happy place. By reading this review, I highly recommend Breakers By the Sea. Lastly, their prices are extremely reasonable!

Good location. Stellar staff! Room was clean, with a great view. Bathroom could be bigger, but it's the average size of the past 3 rooms we've stayed at in Hampton Beach. Plan to stay again:) I wrote a longer review on Expedia, with pictures.

Went for a girls weekend. The entire staff could not have been nicer! Very accommodating, friendly, courteous, just sweet people. I've already booked a weekend for summer of 2026. Don't expect fancy rooms, but bedding/comforter was new. Room was not musty, ocean views, a/c worked great. Located further down the end, going toward North beach...which was great. Nice and quiet. Parking included. If you're looking for a beachfront little place for a few nights, I highly recommend Breakers Motel. Paula, Priscilla, Bud, Michelle, and housekeeping staff (so sorry, cannot recall your names) are all top notch for customer service. Look forward to seeing you next year! This motel is pretty decent and the the owner is very caring about his customers. He checked in on us multiple times to make sure our stay was adequate and to be certain we had everything we needed. After leaving Atlantic Sands (without even staying the night there because of how disgusting it is) we found refuge at the Breakers Motel by the Sea. A quiet and quite comfortable place to stay. Will definitely plan on staying here again during next years visit!

Just arrived home from a weekend at Hampton Beach. Our stay at this motel was fantastic! The rooms were very clean. The location and ocean view were perfect. But the best thing about this place was the great customer service we received from Paula. She was very kind and welcoming! She made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable! She is certainly a hard-working woman! We had a wonderful experience! Thank you Paula!!!!

We had such a great stay! The sweet couple that owned the place were extremely accommodating, they really care about their guests. It was nice to be in a location right next to all of the busyness but not right on top. The ocean view was beautiful and the new shower head was very nice! The room was very clean with lots of towels provided. The room was exactly as described. We will definitely be back thank you for a great trip!!
